What Costs Are Included in My Custom Project?
Every project is quoted individually based on the design, materials, quantity, packaging, and delivery destination. Your quotation will clearly separate the main costs:
- Sample and development fee — refundable or credited toward the bulk order when the agreed order requirements are met
- Product manufacturing cost
- Custom packaging cost, if required
- Shipping and logistics cost
For qualifying orders, we can also provide complimentary warehousing and inventory management, allowing products to be stored and released according to your delivery schedule.
Can You Manage SKUs, Product Codes, and Barcodes?
Yes. We can organize product codes and SKUs by design, color, size, packaging version, or destination. We can also apply customer-provided barcodes, FNSKU labels, carton marks, batch numbers, and packing references.
This helps reduce receiving errors and makes multi-product programs and repeat orders easier to manage.
Can You Ship to Multiple Locations?
Yes. We can divide an order by quantity, SKU, or destination and arrange delivery to multiple warehouses, offices, event venues, or distribution centers.
Each shipment can be prepared with its own packing list and carton identification.
Can I approve a sample before production?
Yes. We can provide detailed photos and videos for sample approval before mass production. Physical sample delivery is also available when required. Production begins only after the design, colors, details, and packaging have been reviewed and approved.
Can sample and modeling fees be credited?
For qualifying production orders, some sample or modeling fees may be credited toward the final order value. The applicable amount and conditions will be clearly stated in your quotation before the project begins.
How long does production and delivery take?
Selected projects can be completed in as fast as two weeks after design and sample approval. The actual timeline depends on product complexity, quantity, revisions, packaging, production capacity, and shipping destination. We will provide an estimated schedule with your quotation.
What After-Sales Support Do You Provide?
If you discover shortages, shipping damage, or production-related quality issues, our team will review the order records and supporting photos promptly.
Depending on the verified issue, we will provide an appropriate solution such as replacement production, replenishment, or shipping support.
